There is nothing more persuasive to an affiliate then the ability to earn more money. Offering a premium commission to the affiliate who gets you the top sales could increase both your website traffic and your sales.
While you choose how to pay your own affiliates, if your top seller does 100 sales a month with a 25-50% commission, consider bumping them up to 75% for anything over a certain amount or if they hit a specific target number. Give him something to work with, and something to shoot for. If your offer is genuine you will see them increase their marketing efforts for your product.
